"I have been taking exercise classes with Meghan for many years in person, and more recently virtually, as a commitment to maintaining and improving my overall health, fitness, and strength. I've realized that I'm one of those people who needs the structure of a class to regularly work out--I'm not disciplined enough to do it on my own (other than walking almost every day)!

She is an excellent teacher. She has in-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, so her classes are tailored to work on strengthening all muscle groups as well as improving aerobic fitness. Her classes are a great combination of cardio, strengthening, balance exercises, and stretching, and she varies the class each time so it's never boring. She pushes us just the right amount--aware that we students aren't spring chickens, but with the expectation that we are capable of working hard and improving. And she's just a lovely warm person too, so it's a pleasure working with her.
