HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
I use evidence-based strategies to help you improve your nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress reduction, sleep, tobacco cessation skills, and cancer wellness goals. Often, we know what we need to do, but it is hard to be consistent with those practices. Together, we will identify strengths and opportunities to help you maintain consistency with your positive health behaviors and achieve your goals.
Programs vary from 4 to 12 weeks with virtual one on one or group sessions, personal email check ins for accountability and additional resource support. All clients have unlimited access to coach via email. Please give me up to 24 hours to respond.
How to be successful establishing good habits
Many people struggle to make new habits stick, whether adding a healthy behavior or removing an unhealthy one. Behavior change happens by altering a mindset and creating a plan. Three important factors that can aid in creating lasting change are accountability, belief in yourself and consistency.
Making a habit stick is hard because change is difficult. Our brains are wired to go with what we know, what patterns we have already established. Change requires us to step out of our comfort zones and rewire our brains. We can do that. The process takes time and effort, but with the right approach, it is possible to create lasting change in our lives. I can help you with right approach.
The first step in successful habit formation is knowing why you want to make this change. You need to be clear about what you want to achieve and why you want to achieve it. This decision should be specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART). By setting a clear goal, you are more likely to stay motivated and focused on forming the habit.
Throughout your journey, I will be here to cheer you, hold you accountable, and provide the resources you need to be successful.

CLASS OVERVIEW
This 12 week hybrid program is for adults 50 and older who want to eliminate fatigue, regain strength and boost energy and improve their quality of life, feel better in their bodies so they can do the activities important to them.
Together, we establish a foundation of physical movement, nutrition, sleep and positive mindset routines to help you meet your goals. Then we (you and me) create achievable and sustainable behaviors that you can consistently implement in your life. You have a 30 minute virtual coaching call each week where we discuss habits, strengths and opportunities from the previous week and make a plan for the following week. In the online portion of the program each week, you will receive new lessons, weekly habit tracker, weekly goal action plan (created during your coaching call), home workouts and other resources to help you meet your goals.
Because this program is personalized to YOUR specific needs, it is open to those with and without chronic conditions and can include people diagnosed with cancer (going through cancer treatment or have finished treatment); cardiovascular-related conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and metabolic conditions such as diabetes; and musculoskeletal conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This 8 week program is for people (over 50) who are looking to improve their health through lifestyle changes-nutrition, sleep, stress management and/or physical activity. Program includes weekly 30 minute online calls to discuss what is working and what needs adjusted to fit your lifestyle. We consider your goals, your strengths, and past experiences when (together) we set small actionable steps each week that will lead to long-term positive habits. You will receive a Weekly Action Plan and Wellness Tracker based on your goals. Additional resources are available based on client needs. Meghan will reach out between weekly calls to check on progress and you are able to access her via email at anytime.

Sessions are 30 or 45 minutes and can be virtual or in person (local). You will receive a wellness tracker to help with accountability.
