Program Promise

With About Time Health Coaching, we work together to highlight your strengths in making positive changes to your health and to develop the skills you need to meet your health and wellness goals. This will be accomplished by learning how to apply your strengths to your new behaviors; acknowledging growth opportunities that have prevented success in the past including recognizing obstacles and barriers that may still be present; and finally, applying new tools/skills to create lasting positive habits that you can use for future behavior change.

Meet Meghan Harder
MS, CEP, CES, CTTS

I care about you achieving your goals and I am beside you every step of your journey. I will offer accountability, unconditional support, education, and resources to help you reach your goals.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for almost 25 years. I have an MS in Exercise Physiology and am an ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist, CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, and Tobacco Treatment Specialist.

Throughout my career, she has worked as a health and wellness coach, weight management specialist, and cardiac rehab exercise physiologist in a diabetes education program. I have also spent the last two decades teaching a variety of fitness classes (18 years with the same group!)

As a cancer survivor, Meghan’s passion is working with people with cancer risk factors, a cancer diagnosis, and cancer survivors to help manage symptoms and feel more in control of your body and life again.

Meghan lives with her husband, three teenagers, and two dogs, continually learning to balance life by practicing yoga, strength training, walking, reading, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
