0.75 cup [187.5 g] Almond Butter
3 tbsp [63 g] Honey
1.5 scoop [30 g] Collagen Powder
1 tbsp [14.8 g] Water
1 cup [90 g] Rolled Oats Gluten Free
1 tbsp [6 g] Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 tbsp [14 g] Chia Seeds
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the almond butter and honey. In a small bowl, combine the collagen powder and water and stir together until it forms a thick paste.
Add the collagen powder to the almond butter and honey mixture and stir until combined.
Stir in the rolled oats and coconut flakes until the batter is evenly combined. Spread the batter evenly into an 8x8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Place the bars in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until the bars set.
Remove the bars from the freezer and slice them into 6 even portions. Store in the refrigerator. Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Freeze Time: Freeze for 1-2 hours before eating.
