With over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I hold an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S. in Communication and Health Promotion. I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES), Group Fitness Instructor, Active Aging Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Tobacco Cessation Specialist (CTTS), and Weight Management Specialist. I have worked with people over 50 most of my career.
