Equipment Needed

You do not need a gym or complicated equipment to complete this program. Most exercises use simple movements and items you likely already have at home.

Participants Will Need:

A sturdy chair for support and seated exercises

A wall for balance and stability movements

A resistance band (optional) for added strength exercises

Comfortable shoes with good support for safe movement

Make sure you have a clear, safe space to move comfortably during each session.
