Why trust me?

Most of my 25+ year professional career, I have worked with people 50-90 years old. Whether in cardiac rehab, weight management, neuroscience wellness, cancer exercise, parks and recreation classes or gym settings, people over 50 are typically looking for functional movements that create strength, mobility, independence, confidence and allow them to have an active lifestyle for decades to come.

With over 25 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, I hold an M.S. in Exercise Physiology and a B.S. in Communication and Health Promotion. I’m a Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES), Group Fitness Instructor, Active Aging Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Tobacco Cessation Specialist (CTTS), and Weight Management Specialist.

I believe in evidence-based, functional movement that fits real life—progression to active lifestyle, not perfection. My motto is simple: never stop trying, invest in your health, and remember that what you do today shapes how you feel tomorrow.
